We are looking for an Account & Project Manager - Branding & Wayfinding - now this isn't just signage, but mapping and planning the routes of spectators, visitors, delegates to way find their through a large outdoor event. Mapping out the journey and planning it out with crowd management plans and other stakeholders. The Last Mile in terms of liaising with TFL, GLA and various stakeholders, and the project management team in terms of road closures and the impact of that, traffic flow, crowd density, height of signage and whether it is in print or digital.
We are looking for someone from a similar background, types of clients, types of events. Turnaround times are very tight, live road closures, and weather conditions to deal with, so it needs to be someone seasoned in this area.
This role would be all about client relationships and maintaining them, setting the timelines, managing project plans, quality control of whole project, recognising problems, leading on solutions, setting and managing and reconciling budgets, artwork management, creation, sign off, working alongside production manager who is responsible for the delivery. Being onsite as the client lead onsite. Looking for someone not afraid of getting hands dirty. Someone who will muck in. Resource management, there is a project coordinator within the team to line manage. Leadership and direction within the team, input into staffing across projects, temporary resource advice. This person must be very process driven too.
They are looking for someone with creative thinking and resourcefulness, initiative and someone who is happy to be onsite for 2/3 weeks at a time now and then.
