This role includes accountability for:
* Creating strategic account plans, executing the plans, achieving margin and KPI's for those accounts and supporting the agency in their strategic growth plans.
* Really focusing on key stakeholder relationships within client accounts to maximise business.
* Leading pitch teams to convert opportunities, ensuring solutions meet the client brief.
* Managing all client activity through the CRM system.
* Achieving margin targets and KPI"s for accounts.
* Retaining and growing client accounts.
Our client is only considering candidates who have worked in a client growth role before, in an events agency.
There is a big focus on flexibility, but they do need candidates to be able to access London at least once a week to collaborate with the team, and also to attend client meetings as required.
