We are working on several roles for a small and growing exhibition design and build agency, with international reach and an amazing SLT who really care about their employees.

They are excited to find a new team member who brings a positive and solutions focused mindset. Someone who is agile and can respond to changing requirements, whilst having the ability to follow process and keep account information up to date.

Account Manager (Lead) Responsibilities...

  • Account mapping, opportunity scanning and account strategy
  • Proactive account growth
  • Accurate reporting, keeping the CRM up to date and keeping the sales milestones on track, maximising lead times for the delivery team
  • Contract management, ensuring that you deliver on the terms of the client’s contracts
  • Brief taking, interpreting and understanding the client’s requirements and leveraging internal resource to ensure the best response
  • Budget Creation, invoicing and financial management through the ERP system
  • Client service, conflict management and error resolution
  • Delivering on the client’s SLAs and owning continuous improvement
  • Working closely with the Project Lead within a designated industry sector, to deliver exceptional outcomes and service levels for clients
  • Design process, working with designers to engineer smart spaces which nail the client’s briefs
  • Idea generation and innovation, to ensure you are presenting new ideas and innovation to the existing client base
  • Proactive marketing input

Essential Experience Requirements:

  • Experience of working in an agency or design and build exhibition company on exhibition stand projects
  • Experience in a client focused, account growth role

Location:

  • This client is very open to remote working, as long as the successful candidate is able to get to Surrey on occasion for team meetings.
