Now, we know the salary is a bit lean on this one, but our client is very much looking for someone who is on their way up from Junior AD/AD and looking to take on a new challenge in a small, but growing, and ambitious agency in London.
They have been doing loads of outreach over the last year, and so there are lots of warm leads that need converting. There is also a BDM who is responsible for cold outreach for new business, so this is very much on the warm side.
We are looking for someone who can present to clients, close those leads, ask the right questions in terms of objectives, client challenges, the right solution, ROI etc…
It is a really exciting opportunity to be part of a leadership team and work with autonomy to drive and make change. Very much a client servicing and growth role. Not operational.
Role Responsibilities:
- Oversee and mentor the Client Services team, ensuring the delivery of exceptional service to all clients.
- Develop strategic plans to enhance client relations and drive growth opportunities within specific sectors.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and engaging event experiences tailored to client needs.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, facilitating effective communication and resolving any issues that arise.
- Lead client onboarding processes and oversee project timelines to ensure successful execution of events.
- Monitor industry trends and competitors to leverage insights for strategic planning and business development.
About you:
- Proven experience in a Client Services role, ideally within an Events and Experiential Agency.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-centric approach.
- Proficient in developing and executing strategic plans for business growth.
- A results-driven mindset with a passion for delivering top-notch client experiences.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple clients simultaneously.
