We are hiring a Creative Strategist to join our passionate and multi-disciplinary team.

Our work is highly varied and the studio is growing so we are looking for a talented strategic thinker to join the creative team. Making and transforming spaces into brandworlds is a dynamic, and high-energy space to flex your creativity, gain new skills and hone your craft as a creative and strategic planner in brand experiences.

 

The ideal applicant:

Passionate about current trends and the ever-changing cultural landscape

At home defining strategic responses from briefs, advocating strategy across diverse outputs and brands throughout the life cycle of projects

Competent writing concise and succinct deck narratives, crafting emotional storytelling to help sell our strategic and creative ambitions in pitch and project work

Highly curious with a thirst for knowledge and the motivation to become an expert in our clients brands, products, services and communities

Experienced in bridging the gap between strategic thinking and design execution – keeping conceptual thinking and design exploration on track to deliver upon our strategic ambitions

Highly competent written skills and confident presenting and negotiating work with clients

Adaptable, flexible and highly collaborative working process, leaning into creative disciplines and working towards shared goals

 

Core responsibilities:

 

New Business

Bringing fresh, concise thinking to insight driven new business approaches, helping us stand out from the crowd from first contact. A natural curiosity to become an expert in a day (or two) in a wide array of fields for diverse clients, absorbing information and discovering cultural insight. You will help define, design and deliver strategic workshops with clients, unlocking opportunities through structured and informed sessions with new and existing client teams.

 

Pitching + Projects

Define the strategic approach to brand experiences across diverse projects, clients and communities. Insight drives creative excellence and ultimately results for our clients and partners, you will sit at the heart of our work, ensuring its validity in a rapidly changing socio-cultural landscape.

 

Measurement

If it can’t be measured it doesn’t exist and brand experiences need to prove ROI more than ever to grow meaningful, long-term relationships with clients. You will help define measurement approaches and metrics whilst also creating post-project reviews informing upon the success projects.

 

Thought-leadership

Leading and assisting other team members in the delivery of our brand strategy and outward facing thought-leadership by shaping our communications planning as well as delivering insightful articles to social channels. We also do quarterly IRL thought-leadership events, inviting clients and partners a like to discuss the future of our industry and we would very much like our Creative Strategist to be a part of these conversations.
