We are working on a new role with a bit of a difference. An in-house role within the corporate finance world, within a smaller boutique firm, working within a lovely, inclusive team.
Whilst it is heading up a team of events professionals, the focus of the role is very much on managing very senior stakeholder relationships.
The events the team deliver are high end, money can’t buy experiences for c-suite audiences, and therefore, the management of these relationships is imperative to the role.
Ket criteria of the role:
· to lead a team, responsible for delivering a diverse annual programme of high end events with immaculate levels of attention to detail to include: VIP dinners, client parties, larger format dinners, sporting events and content driven thought leadership events. No two events are the same.
· to manage very senior level stakeholder relationships, ensuring maximum levels of stakeholder satisfaction
Senior level stakeholder management experience is absolutely essential, so it is a MUST that this person is really confident and natural with clients, and unfazed by UHNWI’s. Team leadership also a necessary skill.
Looking for someone to lead the team, manage senior level stakeholders and who can make themselves available to step into events as required, to really emphasise that VIP guest experience.
Essential Experience: In-house experience within the finance industry, team management, complex senior level stakeholder management. Experience of working with UHNWI’s/VIP’s/C-Suite is essential. Must be a hands-on team player, who is able to travel at fairly short notice on occasion.
Experience of working in the luxury hospitality space also advantageous, but not essential.
