Role Overview:
I sit right in the hub of the agency, prioritising the smooth, effective running of projects through the agency. I work with the Senior Creative Team alongside Production and Client Services teams to improve the quality and delivery of our work. Consistently showing excellent communication and organisational skills, being able to listen, negotiate and support on multiple projects is my superpower, this enables me to spot problems before they arise and deal with them efficiently and successfully.

Key Responsibilities (What is the role all about):

•    I set and deliver the agency's creative vision, internally and with clients

•    I shape, lead and nurture our industry leading experiential creative team

•    I’m a strong voice to the board, championing creative and shining lights on agency blind spots
