As an Account Director, you’ll have the chance to expand and innovate, making a huge impact on the company’s growth. Now is an even more exciting time for the agency as they undergo a period of expansion and opportunity. We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly experienced Account Director to lead and work with some of their key clients.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead key clients with strategic growth and be the point of contact.
  • Lead the team from opportunity-seeking through to the pitch.
  • Collaborate with the creative, content, production and finance teams.
  • Develop and manage relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities from existing clients.
  • Develop creative and innovative strategies.
  • Provide insight and strategic direction.
  • Represent the agency at events and meetings.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Prior experience in Client Services with an Events / Experiential Agency.
  • Demonstrated experience in Account Management with an agency.
  • Excellent problem-solving, organisational, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage complex relationships with internal stakeholders & key client contacts.
