This agency are not into micromanagement, and are looking for a team member who is happy to work remotely, but to also collaborate with the team face to face when needed.

We are recruiting for an event Housing Manager to join the logistics team, often managing relationships, contracts and bookings with 20-25 separate hotels, so attention to detail and multi tasking is key to this role.

The Housing Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless housing operations for their clients’ events, which take place across global locations. These events range from 1,000 - 10,000 people. Your responsibilities encompass a wide range of tasks, from contract negotiation to timely communication with attendees, as well as the facilitation of housing requirements on site at events.

The ideal candidate will have a background in accommodation management with a familiarity with housing booking systems and event software and will ideally have RainFocus experience.

You will be highly organised, with an ability to work at pace in a busy agency environment.
