As Event Project Assistant, you will get the opportunity to work on many aspects of the event; from researching venues, pulling proposals together, working with suppliers and supporting the team across a variety of luxurious events across their impressive client portfolio.
Skills and Attributes
- Some previous experience in Event Management or hospitality.
- Experience sourcing, researching and communicating with suppliers is a bonus.
- Proven numerate experience within Microsoft Excel is a bonus.
- Demonstrate time management, problem solving and organisational skills.
- Willingness to take initiative and to adapt a ‘can-do’ and flexible attitude.
- A creative and organised mindset, and ability to prioritise.
- Ideas driven and able to regularly bring new creative concepts to the team.
- Previous hospitality experience with an above and beyond attitude.
