Project Coordinator – Responsibilities...
- General Project support across multiple accounts
- Researching services and suppliers and compiling various mood boards and options for client approval
- Managing furniture, hospitality and merchandise
- Managing team logistics, accommodation and transport
- Supporting the Project lead with booking of site services and graphics management
- Keeping project financial information up to date and accurate through our ERP system
- Keeping our projects on track using our Project Management software, keeping all information up to date and providing accurate project task status reports
- Shipping lists and inventory management
- Onsite delivery support
- Participating in weekly project calls and working directly with the client in areas of responsibility
Essential Experience Requirements:
- Experience of working in an agency or exhibition stand design and build exhibition company on exhibition stand projects
- Experience in a project support role
- Client facing experience
- Ability to travel
Location:
- This client is very open to remote working, as long as the successful candidate is able to get to Surrey on occasion for team meetings.
