Project Manager (Lead) - Exhibition Stand Design & Build - Flexible Location

Project Manager (Lead) – Responsibilities...

  • Working with The Account Manager (Lead) to respond to client brief’s
  • Obtaining accurate cost estimates for input into budget creation
  • Input into the stand design process and sharing production knowledge
  • Idea generation and innovation, ensuring you are presenting new ideas and innovation to the existing client base
  • Identifying prospective suppliers and managing existing suppliers, negotiation of costs and payment terms in line with project cash flow
  • Managing every stage of the project delivery process, leveraging internal resource, freelance resource and suppliers
  • Keeping projects on track using Project Management software, keeping all information up to date and providing accurate project status reports
  • Managing the client on the delivery of projects, great client service and encourage strategic partnership with client teams
  • Budget management and reconciliation, ensuring up to date financial information through the ERP system, protecting and improving profit margins
  • Working closely with the Account Lead to develop accounts

Essential Experience Requirements:

  • Experience of working in an agency or design and build exhibition company on exhibition stand projects
  • Experience in a project management role
  • Ability to travel

 

Location:

  • This client is very open to remote working, as long as the successful candidate is able to get to Surrey on occasion for team meetings.
