Responsibilities...
- Account mapping, opportunity scanning and account strategy
- Proactive account growth
- Accurate reporting, keeping the CRM up to date and keeping the sales milestones on track, maximising lead times for the delivery team
- Contract management, ensuring that you deliver on the terms of the client’s contracts
- Brief taking, interpreting and understanding the client’s requirements and leveraging internal resource to ensure the best response
- Budget Creation, invoicing and financial management
- Client service, conflict management and error resolution
- Delivering on the client’s SLAs and owning continuous improvement
- Idea generation and innovation, to ensure you are presenting new ideas and innovation to the existing client base
Essential Experience Requirements:
- Experience of working in an events agency
- Experience in a client focused, account growth role
Location:
- Three days a week in a London office, with the option of working two days a week from home.
